Set in the picturesque Chilterns, the Fairways Suite with its own bar area, dance floor and balcony is one of the areas premium venues.
With a 5 Star Food & Hygiene Rating the chefs at Hazlemere Golf Club pride themselves on being able to offer a wide range of menus for your big day.
For small or large Weddings, we cater from 20 up to 180 guests.

FAQs
Can I get married at Hazlemere?
Absolutely! We hold a license here at Hazlemere that allows for both weddings and civil ceremonies at the club. You will need to contact Beaconsfield Old Town Registration Office who will be able to guide you an advise you of availability. We charge a flat fee of £300 for ceremonies.
How much does function room hire cost?
The Fairways Suite is available for hire at £160.00 +VAT per hour. You will need to pay a deposit of £500.00 upon booking and the full balance must be made no later than 10 days before your big day.
What time will my wedding reception end?
We are licensed for events up until midnight, with last orders being taken fifteen minutes prior to this.
Can I provide my own caterers?
We welcome external caterers to allow you flexibility of choice for your special day. They may provide a hot or cold meal or buffet and can make use of the kitchen at Hazlemere Golf Club for £300.access is from 3.00pm.
If providing external catering the venue hire for the Fairways Suite is priced at £250 + VAT per hour hired.
We only allow Professional Caterers who are able to provide copies of their Certificate of Public Liability & insurance details.
Can Hazlemere provide catering?
Hazlemere Golf Club has an excellent Kitchen Brigade who recently retained their 5 Star Food & Hygiene Rating, Head Chef Sarah is able to provide for you a superb 3 Course Wedding Breakfast, amazing Canapes or a Party Finger or Fork Buffet for your special occasion – just enquire with our Wedding planner
Are there drinks packages available?
Yes we can provide Drinks Packages, please see our Wedding Brochure for our latest ones.
Can I provide my own band or DJ?
Of course! We are happy to welcome the entertainment of your choice at the club. We will just need copies of their Certificates of Public Liability and Insurance details.
Can I view the venue?
You’re very welcome to visit us here at Hazlemere Golf Club, please email emily@hazlemeregolfclub.co.uk or call 01494 719300 to arrange your appointment, please do call ahead as we do often have events taking place and cannot always allow you to see the room.
